Are you looking for information on the return policies of bookstores located in Orange County, Florida? Look no further! The Orange County Library System (OCLS) offers a variety of options for returning materials. No matter where you picked up your materials, you can return them to any OCLS location. During opening hours, you can request a registration receipt at the service counter or at the self-service window. If you're returning items after office hours, they will be recorded the next day the branch is open.
You can also return items in person to any OCLS location. If you'd prefer to mail your items back, you are responsible for the shipping cost. Any package that is returned without shipping costs will be charged to your account for the shipping costs. Additionally, University of Central Florida (UCF) library materials can be returned to any UCF library location.
